Anker Iraq – Warranty Policy

1. Scope & Eligibility

  • This limited warranty applies only to genuine Anker products purchased in Iraq from Anker’s authorized distributors or resellers.
  • Warranty claims are handled within Iraq only.

2. Warranty Duration

  • Standard coverage: 24 months from the date of purchase for most products (e.g., power banks, chargers, cables, hubs, accessories).
  • After replacement: Covers either the remaining original warranty period or 3 months from replacement—whichever is longer.

3. How to Claim Warranty

To initiate a claim:

  1. Show valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order number).
  2. Provide the product serial number and any visible evidence of the defect.
  3. Submit a warranty claim within 90 days of noticing a defect and while still under warranty.

4. What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects under normal use.
  • Defective products will be repaired or replaced (refurbished model of equal value or new model).
  • If neither repair nor replacement is possible, a partial refund may be offered based on usage.

5. Exclusions & Limitations

  • No warranty for products:
    Purchased outside Iraq or from unauthorized sellers.
    Missing valid proof of purchase.
    Damaged due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
    That are lost or stolen.
  • Returns for non-defective or international shipments must be at the customer’s expense.
  • Warranty does not extend to cross-border replacements or shipping.

6. Post-Return Warranty

  • If you receive a replacement unit, its warranty continues per the original period or 3 months—whichever is longer.
